Returns & Refunds

CheapKnittingPatterns.com does not accept returns or give cash refunds for any downloaded material. The ePatterns are just too inexpensive and are too easy to copy.

If, however, you are experiencing technical difficulties, please contact us at knit@cheapknittingpatterns.com. Notification of any issues must occur within 14 calendar days of the original sale.
